Applications for Probate/Grant of Letters of Administration
To act for you in the administration of an estate our fees are based on an hourly rate and are subject to VAT.
Professional fees
Mr Edwards’ hourly charge out rate is £225 per hour
Mrs Clarke’s hourly charge out rate is £185 per hour
Letters out are charged at £29.50 per letter
Letters in and telephone calls are charged at £9.50 per letter
Emails are charged collectively at £10 per 20
Depending on the complexity of the estate will depend upon the hours expended. Please telephone to discuss the estate in the first instance so we can give you our most appropriate estimate of time likely to be expended and cost.

Probate application fee of £155
Additional office copies of the Grant of Probate at 50pence each
Office copy entries to land registry title at £3.00 plus 60p vat
Commissioner’s fees of £7
Bankruptcy searches of £2 plus 40p vat per beneficiary
S27 Trustee Act notices in the London Gazette and Local Newspaper £210
