Certifying and witnessing documents

As Solicitors we are authorised to witness your signature to legal documents for example Statutory Declarations, Affidavits and Oaths for probate purposes. We will also certify certain documentation and will assist with the completion of the Land Registry ID1 form. All of the above will be carried out strictly by appointment only and on a case by case basis so please contact the firm and speak to one of the Partners directly if this is a matter for you.
